The K and 1st grade classes travel to Pleasanton Greenhouses today at 12:15. They will return at 2:00.
The 3rd grade class travels to Old Kirke Museum on Friday at 8:30. They will return at lunch.

The baseball team finished second in the First Annual Jim Linna Battle of the Bats Tournament at Mesick on Saturday, defeating Buckley 11 to 1, but falling to Rogers City in the championship game 1 to 3. Cameron Lambert pitched against Buckley giving up only 1 hit with 6 strikeouts. Landyn Kequom pitched the championship game pitching 6 innings, giving up 4 hits, while striking out 9. Grady Harless, Jacob Farfsing, and Cameron Lambert had 2 hits each, and Landyn Kequom, Myles Hallead, Spencer Mallison, Landon Young, and Collin Farfsing had 1 hit each during the tournament. Landon Young led with 3 RBI’s followed by Cameron Lambert with 2.
The varsity track team set many personal best times and distances on Saturday at the Reed City Invitational. Medalists in the meet were: Nolan Koscinski (1600 & 3200), Easton Nowak (High Jump & Long Jump), Isabella Card (Pole Vault), and Melodie Hulinek (200 & 400).
The HS track team travels to Mesick. The first event starts at 4:00 and the bus leaves at 2:50.
The gold team is home at Wolf Lake Golf Course. They tee off at 4:00.
